Pot is Legal Here Now So You Must Be High

“Don’t sell yourself short. No one will value you. Set a fair price for you, your book, your services, whatever it is that you have to offer. Most of us set way too low a price. Put it a little higher than you would normally be inclined to do. The worst that can happen is someone will come along and steal it.”

Maybe it’s Not Just Us

10574448_10152610624123189_2555653046101307550_nFerguson is still under siege and this tragedy isn’t being met correctly by those mourning.

Accused of being an attention whore sell out about this issue when I wrote about it was interesting to me.

Let’s review where we’re at as a country with this: Police shootings are on the rise. There’s no way to explain a shooting of an 18 year old kid.

Yes he’s legally an adult but what 18 year old isn’t looked at still as a kid from anyone 30+ crowd?

I do no waiver in the fact that what’s going on is fucked up from the side of the government. Words can’t covey the fuckery that’s going on there.

However, I also stated the rioting and the looting is beyond fuckery also. What is the point of destroying and stealing from your neighbor because you’re mad at the injustice. How does that make any sense? It doesn’t.

Here’s the time line from the shooting up until now. Both sides are fucked up. This however is about the picture above. As someone that doesn’t like the United States government and believes in anarchy, I would gladly post pictures like this everyday.

“While the popular understanding of anarchism is of a violent, anti-State movement, anarchism is a much more subtle and nuanced tradition then a simple opposition to government power. Anarchists oppose the idea that power and domination are necessary for society, and instead advocate more co-operative, anti-hierarchical forms of social, political and economic organisation.”

This isn’t a black/white race issue. This isn’t a government issue at it’s roots. This is a human issue. This police officer showed he was a human and he was a kid once. He got their respect by giving respect. It was earned the old fashioned way vs. being a bully.

When’s the last time you were a human?

Design. Invent. Develop. Create.

“No matter how much experience you have, how many degrees you have, or how well known you have become — there is always something new to learn. Don’t rest on your past experiences. If you do nothing to improve your skills, you won’t stay where you are.”
